Wallpaper disappear if source image moves or is located in unmounted drive/partition at logon

Bug Description
If the wallpaper source file is located inside an unreachable device/partition, at logon the wallpaper will be blank.
After mounting again the partition needed the problem disappear but this is a little bit annoying to be done at each reboot...
I think the wallpapers shoul be cached somewhere in the home folder.
