scroll keys don't work on launchpad bug pages

Bug Description
1. in current Firefox 3.0 go to (say) https:/
2. reload the page
3. now go <page down> a couple of times and hit <end>, the scroll keys won't work
There is no such problem in epiphany and it also works after switching tabs and returning to the crucial tab. So it's kind of a flukey bug. But it is one, I think.
