update of user configuration 0.5 -> 0.6 is broken

Bug Description
When invoking listen for the first time after upgrading from 0.5 to 0.6,
listen checks the version and if 0.5 is found, will call the updater in
/usr/lib/
leaving the user with an empty 0.6 configuration and no way to convert its 0.5
data again.
Upgrading from listen 0.5 to 0.6 is broken because is missing a package import
as well as a bug in /usr/lib/
Attached a patch to fix it.
