It seems that for whatever the reason, the package was corrupted during the download. There's nothing we can do on our end to fix this, but you could try removing the "/var/cache/ apt/archives/ libssl0. 9.8_0.9. 8g-15ubuntu3. 2_i386. deb" file and re-upgrading.
