It seems that for whatever the reason, the package was corrupted during the download. There's nothing we can do on our end to fix this, but you could try removing the "/var/cache/apt/archives/libssl0.9.8_0.9.8g-15ubuntu3.2_i386.deb" file and re-upgrading.
