Totem cannot view in fullscreen

Totem cannot go fullscreen both movie player and firefox-plugin on my Toshiba Satellite(with ATI 3470 and driver install from "Hardware Driver").
When going fullscreen,the screen is blank and no sound I can't do anything except press and hold power button.
I try to use VLC, it's OK.

Thanks for open this bug report, please include the resulting file of: GST_DEBUG_NO_COLOR=1 GST_DEBUG=*:2 totem 2> log.txt , by the way, what version of Ubuntu and Totem do you use?
