me-tv only records one tv show

Bug Description
Binary package hint: me-tv
me-tv seem to have an annoying bug, at least on my system. In a single session of the program (this means between starting and shutting down the program) I can only do one scheduled recording.
If I add two or more tv shows to the list of scheduled recordings, only the first one is recorded. I thought the problem existed only if the tv shows were, on a time basis, overlapping each other or were immediately after each other.
But today I wanted to save two shows on disk which had several hours in between them. Even in this case, only the first show was recorded on disk.
My Ubuntu release is 9.04, me-tv version is 0.7.16-1, but the problem existed in earlier versions of ubuntu/me-tv as well.
