Bug Description
Network Manager detect ZTE 3G Modem MF 636 with 2 entries in NM-APPLET ( ttyUSB1 and ttyUSB2 ), this devices not appear always in the same order in the applet and if try connect using ttyUSB1 the USB Modem is disconnect from the computer and must unplug/plug it to get this work again.
In fedora 11 (Leonidas) this device appear in NW-APPLET with only one entry, so can connect it directly. In Ubuntu i most watch syslog to check what order that devices appear to connect with ttyUSB2.

i think this is fixed in 0.7.1 ... or in latest 0.7 branch snapshot. Could you please test the NM from the ~network-manager PPA and let us know if that fixes your problem?
