Bug Description
Wxvlc used to catch gtk hints, so it was very nicely integrated with my XFCE gtk+ 2 themes, in Hoary. After the upgrade to Breezy it's all gray and ugly.
Shouldn't be to big of a problem, since it worked in Hoary.
If it can't be solved, i'll probably go back to the one from Hoary.

I've already resolved the issue in Dapper, so this really is a duplicate of the numerous other "Breezy's vlc uses GTK+ 1.2" wishlist bugs. The breezy-backports repository will have a version of vlc compiled against GTK+ 2.8 soon.
