VoteBot does not create custom VoteBotFactoids.txt file when adding custom file.

Bug Description
When i was trying to add a factoid to add a factoid to vote bot, via the .addFactoid $factoid|$response when I first started using it, It crashed. I then looked at when it said in the terminal and it told me that it could find VoteBotFactoids.txt file. After i created that file, it worked.

Please be advised that you must create this file first before trying to add factoids, this is a known issue. I am sure there is a way to properly code this, but as of right now none are aparent. I might work on this later tonight or if Mr. Handler or Mr Buclaw (yes i know i have probably butchered your name Iain, im sorry.) wish to code the fix, be my guest. That being said, I will put this as confirmed. Until otherwise noted as fix released please continue using the work-around described by yourself.
