Bug Description
When Creating a "New Sub-Folder"
and you enter something like "\new\Folder", the web interface allows for this. But it really shoudn't
---
At this point the model code prevents such a folder from being created, but the web UI still needs to provide better feedback about what is allowed.

I confirmed this in the web ui. I tested the following using the "New Sub-Folder" button in the web ui:
"\new\Folder" - Synced to desktop client jhoover/ Ubuntu One/My Files')
"/new/Folder" - Sync daemon reported an error ('/test/folder' isn't a child of '/home/
We should definitely not allow the creation of folders with forward slashes in the name. The user should be alerted that the name is invalid due to the forward slashes and left with the prompt to try to rename the folder.
