Bug Description

Binary package hint: ubiquity

Using a Karmic Alpha2 LiveUSB (used USB creator). Set up a manual partition -- nothing too fancy, just an ext4 root (format), 4gb swap, and ext3 home (no format).

Install seems to die right after grub is installed. I expect to be able to boot into the system (tried this yesterday and I was able to -- on the LiveUSB now).

(And, while you probably can boot into the system, various things about it will be broken - it won't have suitable language packs installed, it will still have the installer itself and various other things installed, the /cdrom entry in sources.list might be wrong, and so on. If it were my system I'd reinstall it.)
