Bug Description
One of my biggest complaints is that ubuntu does not recognize that I already have a /home folder when I go to reinstall.
Also it doesn't make a /home partition by default.
By default I think it should make a user definable / partition between 8 and 20 GB with a recommendation.
Then have advanced option as well (obviously)
