Is this still an issue for you? Examining your DpkgTerminalLog.txt file I notice numerous WARNING's similar to

WARNING: Can't read module /lib/modules/2.6.28-13-generic/kernel/sound/oss/v_midi.ko: Invalid argument

Followed by:

Failed to run depmod
dpkg: errore processando linux-image-2.6.28-13-generic (--configure):
 il sottoprocesso post-installation script ha restituito un codice di errore 1
