Simple patch (not enough)!
you have to do the following commands (they must be added somewhere in the install package):
sudo ln -s /usr/share/pixmaps/seahorse-plugins/scalable/seahorse-key.svg /usr/share/icons/gnome/scalable/actions/
sudo ln -s /usr/share/pixmaps/seahorse-plugins/scalable/seahorse-sign.svg /usr/share/icons/gnome/scalable/actions/

please help for this quick fix!

Although relatively few users use the "Sign" or "Encrypt..." options, many users are confused by their presence. If it's easy to add icons, and the presence of these icons would assuage uncertainty, this seems like a decent paper cut.

This patch could go upstream easily. While symlinking might be an appropriate Ubuntu fix, a more cross distro solution is necessary. Perhaps proper encrypt, decrypt, sign, and verify icons need to be created and inserted into the gnome-actions set?

This papercut should really be removed following: https://bugs.launchpad.net/hundredpapercuts/+bug/393645

Now this papercut will not affect a significant number of users since it requires the installation of seahorse-plugins
