Bug Description

In nautilus, whenever I add a new removable drive, nautilus groups all my drives under a removable drives submenu. So then I need two clicks to get to a drive. I believe this does not improve usability. It would have been great if the removable drive could be placed directly under the places menu, maybe with a different icon.

Thank you for bringing this bug to our attention. Unfortunately a paper cut should be a small usability issue that affects many people and is quick and easy to fix. I'm afraid this bug can't be addressed as part of this project.

This is a problem which arises when users have several partitions, adding more external media causes the menu to collapse, This does not affect the majority of the users Hence this is not a papercut.

A paper cut is a minor usability annoyance that an average user would encounter on his/her first day of using a new installation of Ubuntu 9.10.

For further info about papercuts criteria , pls read > https://wiki.ubuntu.com/PaperCut

Don't worry though, This bug has been marked as "invalid" ONLY in the papercuts project.

It appears to have happened due to the limit on number of entries in a menu on panel. With upgrade to lucid lynx, the problem is solved.
