Windows Border maximize dissapear

Bug Description

The border of the windows get lose whit compiz and emerald i think that this is not bug.

Its a little mistake than make than de left right and down borders dissapear.

This is the correct behaviour - the borders are only required for resizing the window, when it is maximised it cannot be resized!

Changed in compiz (Ubuntu):
status: New → Invalid
