Bug Description

Binary package hint: ubiquity

After selecting Lisbon (Portugal) as my time zone, the next screen suggested the USA keyboard instead of the Portuguese keyboard.
I attached screenshots of the two screens.

This release of Ubuntu is no longer receiving maintenance updates. If this is still an issue on a maintained version of Ubuntu please let us know.
