Bug Description

Empathy doesn't play any sounds when contact goes online. Or when I get a new message.

Are you sure this is a duplicate? I don't have my program right in front of me at the moment, but I believe that the option IS there to play sounds when you receive a new message, contact goes on/offline, etc.
