KARL doesn’t handle embeding YouTube or Brightcove videos. Below are a few examples of code that should work, but somehow gets mangled by TinyMCE or something else along the way.

Hi All,

I could paste the links in this report, and it seems to work for me. I tried to paste with the HTML editor of kupu, and also from other pages (only with YouTube), worked for me in all these cases.

My questions are the following:

- can you please confirm that it still fails to work?

- How do you exactly embed the video? Please describe the process briefly.

- How does it exactly fail? (They did not get mangled for me, but there may be some other problem.)

The fix seems to solve a problem.

There is a separate issue: the BrightCove video I pasted for testing, displays wider than the available content area. At the moment, I don't know how to address this problem, - and if it should be addressed at all.
