Do not depend on libwebkit directly

Bug Description

The gwibber package should not depend directly on libwebkit-1.0:
depending on the python bindings is enough and correct. By the way, it
would be a good time to start depending on python-webkit instead of
python-webkitgtk, which is a transitional package.

Thanks.
