Bug Description
According to http://
A WebDAV client with SSL support for the commandline would be extremely useful to me, especially now that Subversion supports autocommits via WebDAV (and my reposes are behind https).
I have no idea what it would take to resolve the license problems, but I'm reporting it here so the issue at the very least is tracked.

From the package description :
"Due to licensing issues (conflict between GPL and OpenSSL) this package
does not provide SSL (HTTPS) support, for now. GNU TLS Porters welcome."
So cadaver need contributions to use GNU TLS instead of OpenSSL
