The following data is inconsistent (from lshal). It seems units are being mixed up between mA and %

  battery.charge_level.current = 535 (0x217) (int)
  battery.charge_level.design = 39743 (0x9b3f) (int)
  battery.charge_level.last_full = 764 (0x2fc) (int)
  battery.charge_level.percentage = 70 (0x46) (int)

Same issue here with an eeePC 701 4G.
