ubuntu distribution doesn't work without xen hypervisor

Bug Description

VMBuilder.plugins.ubuntu.distro.Ubuntu currently throws an AttributeError in preflight_check if you're not building for the xen hypervisor, because self.ec2 isn't set. Simple patch attached.
