Chapter Registration Should Automatically Add E-mail Addresses

Currently, chapter registration does not automatically add e-mails to chapters@, this should not be the case. When someone registers on the Chapter Registration form, they should automatically added to the Chapters@ mailing list.

The obvious fix is to have the PHP code for chapter registration send an email

   To: <email address hidden>

    subscribe

http://freeculture.org/chapters/chapters.php would look more uniform if the colleges all had towns listed, too.

Correction:

This is confirmed to be the right address, plus it requires a confirmation before the person is actually subscribed, which foils evil "subscribe-your-worst-enemy-to-our-chapters-list" attacks.

I've coded it into /home/freecult/www/chapters/register.php, and I've
run a test using the contact email "<email address hidden>". As of now,
I've received a confirmation email from
<email address hidden>, so I'm assuming everything's
set.

This is not currently working. That may simply be because the Chapters list is down, something which I can't confirm or deny at the moment, or our auto-subscribe mechanism is borked b/c of the server move.

I can confirm that this has been fixed at some point, probably because the Chapters list is functional once again :) It's working great!
