Ubiquity Migrate Documents and Setting does not detect other operating systems

Binary package hint: ubiquity

I am installing Karmic Alpha 2.

I have Windows XP Professional on /dev/sda1 (ntfs)
and Ubuntu 9.04 on /dev/sdb1 (ext4)
I am installing Karmic on /dev/sdb3 (ext4)
I have booted with the option:
grub-install/grub2_instead_of_grub_legacy=false

When I get to Migrate Documents and Settings, ubiquity does not show that there are other operating systems from which I can import.

I cannot upload syslog and partman yet because of an error (cannot upload empty file) but will do once installed

/var/log/installer/ does not exist so I cannot attach logs
