if the main menu is open and i want to increase, decrease or mute the audio the buttons with this funcion on the llaptop( DELL Latitude E6400) doesn't work

Hi,

wanted to report the same bug,
happens also if a menu of an application is open (i.e. file), all shortcuts (i.e. Alt F4) are unusable
tested on 3 systems.

its not end of the world, but a bit annoying..........

It appears that the global hotkeys on a laptop don't work if a menu is open. It can interfere with screenshot programs such as Shutter. It's occasionally annoying, but not the end of the world
