Bug Description
For some options of \includepdfmerge (like angle, scale) the order does matter so they should appear in the same order they appear in the input file.

I will stay with a fixed order. Otherwise something like
ANGLE=90
SCALE=0.5
PAGE 1
ANGLE=0
PAGE2
could lead to unexpected results
