Bug Description
When using Ubuntu localized (for this example in Croatian), f-spot imports pictures in Photos directory, by default. It should import in localized name for Photos instead - in Croatian 'Slike'.
Pay attention. Some users use localized interface, but keep English names for folders.

This is a great papercut to fix.
