F-spot imports in ~/Photos while it should in ~/l10n{Photos}

Bug Description

When using Ubuntu localized (for this example in Croatian), f-spot imports pictures in Photos directory, by default. It should import in localized name for Photos instead - in Croatian 'Slike'.

Pay attention. Some users use localized interface, but keep English names for folders.

how different is this report from bug 127315? shouldn't a task for the paper cuts be opened on the already mentioned one and mark this as dup?.
