update 8.10 to 9.04 Grub menu.lst merge fail

Bug Description

During the automatic procedure of update to ubuntu 9.04 from 8.10, it try to merge the Grub menu.lst who is modify by myself with the new one, but it fail so I let it doing the new one and I modify by hand again.
