Bug Description
Win XP SVN 21595
Trying to get UniConvertor ver 1.1.4 to work.
Installed it on Python 2.6 and copied Python 2.6 to overwrite the Python installation, that comes from devlib.
When trying to save as .plt file, I get this error message:
Error reading temporary SVG file: [Errno 2] No such file or directory: 'c:\\docume~
but the temporary file Inscape/Win XP has saved here has another name: ink_ext_

The uniconv-ext.py uses run_command.py.
The run_command.py is only for creating SVG files - not for converting from SVG, that's why it goes wrong.
I'll look further into it later.
