100PCs looks like an awesome project, good luck with it!
My biggest annoyance (8.04 Hardy user) is when I use the Archive Manger to extract a zip/tar/etc file, I can't extract to the default location. I have to hit 'up' and then double click on the folder I just left to be able to unpack there. Very annoying, should be trivial to solve.
This may be already fixed, can anyone confirm?
