Bug Description

Binary package hint: zim

zim does not use preferred application for web browser/email client

Steps to reproduce

1. Insert a link or email address into a zim document
2. Click the resulting link

What happens

3. zim prompts user to "Please enter a web browser" -- it defaults to firefox '%u'

Expected behavior

3. Link should open in the browser configured in Preferred Applications.

In the upcoming python port of zim (first beta available) the default will be xdg-open, which should detect the preferred application correctly.

If Lucid has zim > 0.42 this is correct. On unix we call xdg-open by default, which should in turn do the right thing on Gnome, KDE and XFCE.
