Support the "composer" tag

Hi,
as a friend of classical music I heavily use the composer tag. Since mutagen seems to support this tag, adding support to pytagsfs is fairly easy to implement. In fact, using the long format option %{composer} works out of the box, so the attached patch does only add a short option "c" for composer and updates the man page.
According to my rough review of the code, this should suffice to add composer tag support, but maybe I'm still missing something.
I have done some sketchy testing with ogg, flac and mp3 files, without recognizing any problems.
