Bug Description

Sound / Volume has too many options, OSS, ALSA, pulse audio. What does all this mean ? The user doesn't care as long as there is sound.

I think this will automatically be fixed by switching to the pulseaudio-based sound settings system in newer GNOME releases. We did not use these in Ubuntu 9.04 due to a lack of maturity.
