Bug Description
Binary package hint: kdebase-
When the battery is on 1% level kpowerdevil displays notify that to avoid suspend user sould click on this notify in 10 seconds, but clicking doesn't affect shutdown/suspend process. It's a bug when we want to intentionally discharge battery near 0% and quickly plug AC power. Also if CPU is under load, the rest of battery level sometimes jump e.g. from 4% to 1% and back to 4% but powerdevil detects this moment as battery discharged event.

I just experienced this popup the other day on my netbook and it seemed to work for me, though I was at a higher percentage than 1%. What I do when I want to take the system down that low, right before the battery goes out, is disable the power settings temporarily. Powerdevil is designed to save you in these cases, but by disabling the power saver settings, it can't, and therefore works the way you want it to.
I think I followed you, but if I didn't and got confused, please let me know, and provide any further information that you can concerning this issue. Thanks!
