Firefox doesn't load anything

Bug Description
Binary package hint: firefox-3.0
Since the update to ver 3.0.11 firefox has problems to load sites from the net.
So it is impossible to do home banking cause after loading the screen to login and entering the data nothing happens.
A reload of that side leads to generate another random number to enter...
On other sites the site loads but the grafics are missing (userfriendly.org).
Sometimes I have to reload a site five or six times to get the complete page without errors.

Seems to be a problem between firefox and deluge.
After rebooting and verfing the problem all is normal but if I start deluge 1.1.6 the websites are slow also deluge is paused...
