Bug Description
Binary package hint: evince
I opened a file in pdf format, after that I pushed f11 key to view that file in fullscreen mode. In this mode, when i move my mouse to the button " Start presentation" on the top right (or any other button as "Leave fullscreen", text input page on the top left...) without clicked, the view will "blink" or "wink" continuously.
You can try it to see what's going on clearly.
I attached my pdf file below.
Sorry for my bad English, after seeing what happens. Please suggest me the word to replace "blink", "wink" with a exacter word.
Thanks in advanced.

I can confirm this bug under Karmic with -intel and Compiz enabled.
A workaround is to disable Compiz (setting it to 'None' in the Visual Effects settings). The blinking occurs when set to Normal or Extra/
