need ability to push key signature to a local file

Bug Description
When using signing-pparty, you need to install postfix which a little scary. There should be an option to export to stout or a local file.

I'm assuming you're on about caff?
sign with the -M option and then look in ~/.caff/keys/
the signed keys are in there under the directory with the current date ;)
