Install menu item still shows on installed system.

Title + screenshot says it all. This is on the most up to date install of 9.10 alpha 2 x86 and amd64

There shouldn't be a "Install" menu item on an installed Ubuntu.

Could you please attach /var/log/installer/syslog, /var/log/syslog, and /var/log/partman to this bug, following the directions in http://wiki.ubuntu.com/DebuggingUbiquity/AttachingLogs? Thanks in advance.

The above syslog is from /var/log/syslog on the installed system. I don't have /var/log/installer/syslog and I'm not running the live installer. I also don't have /var/log/partman. I didn't touch any of the log files. If you need anything else please let me know. I could probably get the installer syslog by running the live installer if you ask.

From what i've been tool, this is a sporadic bug, that affects a very low percentage of users.
Also, those affected by it, never manage to get reed of it :(
