Bug Description
After login all my harddrive's partitions are mounted and displayed on the desktop. In nautilus they can be cleanly unmounted. This happens only at first login: if I kill gdm from a tty and start it again nothing gets mounted.
The behaviour I expect is the one I get from the second login: only the swap partition is accessed.
Steps to reproduce: boot from LiveCD.
LiveCD is Karmic alpha 2 x86_64.

This behavior in the karmic UNR beta CD bothered me too -- it mounted an ntfs partition from an external drive, without any interaction or announcement. Thenthis provoked installer bug #454358 because the ubiquity installer wanted to dismount that ntfs partition (so the installer could mess with partitinos on /dev/sdb in case I or it later wanted to) but has a bug after doing so.
