Bug Description

I know, in the source is are included some debug controls.

We could integrate those same functions with son well designed buttons that let users browse through slides.

Or maybe, just using keyboard keys if slideshow is in focus.

No, the slideshow will be free running for the entirety of the installation and will fade to the next slide every n seconds

Actually, this would be a nice thing to have if it is really, really subtle. As a slideshow, people shouldn't feel the urge or the need to use those arrow buttons. (If they do, something is wrong). However, such buttons could be handy for people who see the last 2 seconds of an interesting slide and want to go back.

This absolutely does make sense so long as it doesn't pause the slideshow; that kind of stuff adds an extra layer of complexity. It's a bit selfish, but I hope people don't hammer the Forward button until the end. That's no reason to ignore a usability / accessibility detail, though :)

I know, I know, it defeats a bit of the 'slideshow' thing, but I'm confirming this. If someone can come up with a nice way to implement the feature without turning this into a flip book, it would definitely be worth having.
