cannot access surveys on Greenfield online

I take surveys for Greenfield Online, and I have had trouble accessing them for several days.
I login as per usual, and a survey should come up to complete. Instead what I am getting
is a never-ending figure and it doesn't allow me to connect to the surveys.
I have never had this happen until now.
I have written them and the problem doesn't seem to be on their end.
Please advise. Thank you very much.

Thank you for taking the time to report this bug and helping to make Ubuntu better. However, according to this report, you are not using the most recent version of Firefox 3.0 for Ubuntu Hardy.
