"Schnellauswahl" (Edit -> Quick select) is empty

Bug Description
Using shutter 0.8 rev 494 here. Under "Bearbeiten -> Schnellauswahl" i get only a empty selection and I find no way to add something to the "Schnellauswahl"? How do I get something into the "Schnellauswahl"?

"Edit -> Quick select" allows you to switch between configuration profiles (Edit -> Preferences). If there are no saved profiles then the submenu is empty.
Maybe we should set the menu entry to "sensitive=FALSE" if there are no saved profiles?
