Localization works in WINE but not in Windows

When i compile WUBI (rev 136) the localization works when i start WUBI with WINE.
But when i start WUBI in Windows the GUI is only English and not localised.

Could it be that the windows locale is not properly identified or that it is in English to begin with?
You could check that by comparing the wubi logs, which are saved in the user temp folder (%TEMP%)

The windows locale is identified, only the country doesnt match (both is set to Germany).

Did this also happen on r134 and r129? Does it affect all strings or just some?

Does affect all strings.

When i change the language in Wubi from German to an other and then back to German some Strings are in German.

I will test it on build 134 and 129 later!
