Bug Description

Binary package hint: kuickshow

Hi everyone

I'm using ->
uname: 2.6.28-11-generic #42-Ubuntu SMP Fri Apr 17 01:58:03 UTC 2009 x86_64 GNU/Linux
kubuntu: 9.04
kuickshow: 4:3.5.8-0ubuntu2
imlib11: 1.9.15-8
Kucickshow doesn’t show bmp files correctly (size and the content are randomly).
It is doesn’t matter which application creates the image file (GIMP, MS Paint).
I found an old bug report about this problem but the current version of imlib exclude the fix.

Kuickshow/imlib were removed from the archive in Kubuntu 9.10 since they depend on very old, outdated software that is no longer supported by anybody. Unfortunately this means that there can be no further bugfixes or updates to this software.

Changed in kuickshow (Ubuntu):
status: New → Won't Fix
