First I did:
sudo apt-get remove libpcsclite1

Few moments later NetworkManager stopped working.

After that I said:
sudo dhclient eth0
sudo apt-get install --reinstall libpcsclite1

And then after logout and login I got this error:

Where did you get the pcsc-lite-libs package?
Ubuntu only provides a libpcsclite1 package.

I tried to install drivers for ActivIdentity SIM USEB key. Anyway - I removed pcsc-lite-libs package, reinstalled libpcsclite1 and network-manager and everything works fine now.

It looks like pcsc-lite-libs comes from a convertion from a .rpm.
