Thanks for reporting this bug. I'll have a look at it and see if I can reproduce it.

The ods should not appear if Phatch is active as requested by the notify osd guidelines. Maybe you are expecting that? It should however work if Phatch is minimized or not active. Does osd not work in this case for you? (Just start an actionlist and switch immediately to another application.)
