Korganizer print problem

When I try to print from within Korganizer,
after the print instruction the application reports
:

initialising printing system......

After several minutes it ends with:

An error occurred while retrieving the printer list:

Connection to CUPS server failed. Check that the CUPS server is correctly installed and running. Error: host not found.

Printing from for example Abiword or printing a test page from cups works without problems.

I'm using Dapper with the latest updates active

This may be duplicate of bug 33173.
Can you start System Settings -> Printers and check in lower right corner of the dialog (just above "Administrator Mode" button) what the "Server:" is set to. It should read "localhost:631".
If you get /var/run/cups/cups.sock or similar, you should use workaround mentioned in bug 30431.

I first tried system-->management-->printers but didn't find "Administrator mode". I'm using Ubuntu-->GNOME. Because Korganizer is a KDE application I searched for KDE print packages.
After installing kdeprint and kde-systemsettings and issuing systemsettings-->printers I found the screen you were describing.
The server was set to: /var/run/cups/cups.sock:631
After applying the instructions of bug 30431 everything works ok !!!

It should be nice if the Ubuntu print configuration application also configures kde printing because most users uses both gnome and kde applications !
