Bug Description
The man page for these commands has a single line description. It doesn't define the OPTION (although there appear to be none of any consequence judging by 'start --help') and more importantly it doesn't define JOB. As the upstart web pages just blithely give examples like 'start tty1' without any explanation as to where "tty1" is defined this isn't very useful.
Can I suggest that at the very least this man page should have a FILES section pointing readers to /etc/event.d as a place to find JOB definitions?
