Russian translation for user documentation

Several people from Russian Bazaar User Group have translated user documentation for bzr. This is our attempt to make upcoming bzr 2.0 better.

So far translated:

* Quick Start Card (svg/png/pdf versions available)
* Bazaar in Five Minutes (mini-tutorial)
* A longer tutorial (doc/en/tutorials/tutorial.txt)
* Using Bazaar with Launchpad tutorial
* Centralized workflow tutorial

Started (but not finished yet): User Guide

The links to untranslated (yet) documents points to English originals,
so we don't have broken links there.

We'd like to have this translation merged into 1.16, so more Russian-spoken people can benefit from the docs in their native language and can provide useful feedback about translations itself, so we can improve it before 2.0.
